I found this recipe about two years ago. I cannot remember where or who shared it orginally so if you know, let me know so I can give proper credit! This quick breakfast is super easy to make, tastes fantastic and keeps me full all the way to lunch!

Ingredients:
1/2 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup oatmeal, GF if needed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Melt coconut oil in pan. Add oatmeal mixture to pan and scramble. Serve with Greek yogurt, maple syrup and sprinkle with more cinnamon. Enjoy!
