Since then, she has also been the Director of Sales & Marketing for a national hotel company, to Director of Training & Professional Development for a national hotel company, business owner, General Manager at two boutique hotels and published author. Along the way, she has seen the impact that excellent customer service, both internal and external, has on a business. Her mission is to create positive, customer-centric work environments that service professionals and customers want to be associated with.
