McNallyThe process of writing a book took much longer than anticipated.  Then publication was delayed due to life changes but finally, ‘Customer Service from the Inside Out’ is printed and published.

The book is written for business owners and managers who understand that great service happens when they create an environment that supports their team and includes their team in developing a long-term service strategy.

This process has been an adventure.  There have been challenges and frustrations.  But in the end, I learned a lot. Thank you to the many wonderful people who supported me on this journey.
