Is your service team prepared for more customers walking through your doors or calling your business? Have you developed some ideas or strategies to reduce the lines or the frustration of waiting? Have you taken the time develop and practice responses to potential questions about the new promotion?
Be sure to plan how you will effectively manage and service the influx of customers who come in your door because of a great ad, promotion or annual shopping blitz. If not, they may very well only come once. If you’re happy with once, then goal achieved.
