Four Questions to Help Keep You Focused on the Goal

Do you want something?

Then go and get it, whatever that it is.  Spending time focusing on all the obstacles, instead of the possibilities,  wastes time, energy and focus.

When you are feeling overwhelmed by the challenge, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Is the obstacle real or an excuse?

2. What can I do RIGHT NOW to move this forward one step?

3. What are the benefits to myself, to my family and/or to my business when I reach my goal?

4. What do I need to give up in order to achieve my goal?  Am I giving this up forever or just for a while?

Successful people and successful businesses focus on what can be done.  Difficult situations are opportunities for testing new ideas and theories.

Whatever your insurmountable wall, your challenge, or your difficult situation is, focus on what you can do and then do it.  Approaching challenges with an “I can” attitude greatly increases your odds of success.

Now .. what is it that you want?  Go and get it!
