Where is your focus? Is it product-based or service-based?
There are lots of hotels that provide a place to stay. There aren’t as many companies who have chosen to serve by providing safe, comfortable, temporary accommodation.
Companies that focus first on the service they provide and on making the world of their customers just a little bit better, instead of on the product they offer, are unique.
